S’PARK 24
Boulder, Colorado • 49,678 sq ft
S’PARK 24 consists of 24 contemporary urban townhomes based on cutting-edge sustainability practices within the S’Park neighborhood – a mixed use, mixed income, transit oriented place for people to live, work, eat and play. The development is proposed as Colorado’s first LEED for Neighborhood Development (LEED-ND) Platinum project.
In partnership with RHAP architecture and planning, Watt Architecture brought our co-creative design process to collaborate with all stakeholders to bring this project through the City of Boulder entitlement processes to realize vibrant, high-performance townhomes that contribute to the vitality of one of Boulder’s newest neighborhoods.
